Strategic Partnership for a Just and Sustainable Transition
Signed on 9 November 2023 in Pamplona, Navarra, Spain, this Working Agreement establishes a strong network of:
- European automotive regions
- Industry, SMEs, and education providers
- Policymakers, social partners, and local stakeholders

- Promote regional best practices based on ASA’s intelligence
- Use the Just Transition Mechanism to enable equitable change
